We have been incredibly happy with the service from Talk Therapy. Not only the support and input the children get but also for the staff – so that they are more skilled, is great. The therapist will juggle her timetable to work around us, provide immediate feedback when asked and the paperwork is good.
The children enjoy their sessions and it has made a big difference to us as our children come in with such poor speech and language. We feel this has been a worthwhile investment of time and money.
The service is professional and responds well to feedback. We have benefited from whole staff training, which the TAs in particular have found useful.
